Cancellation policy

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email and text. To cancel or reschedule without a fee, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. There’s a 5-minute grace period — if you’re running behind, leave a message so Makaela can accommodate. Cancellations or reschedules inside 24 hours, or arriving past the grace period, will be charged 50% of all booked services. No-shows will be charged 50% of all services booked.
